Studio Dontnod Entertainment has suddenly revealed the release dates for the next three episodes of Life is Strange 2. An official message appeared on the Steam forum describing the next chapter called "Wastelands".
The third episode will air on May 9 and will continue the story of Sean and Daniel's trip to Mexico. The brothers reached the forests of California, where they met with a community of travelers who reject the usual social order. New acquaintances and impressions make the heroes get to know themselves more deeply, quarrels begin between them - Sean and Daniel doubt their unity. In the description, the developers pointedly hint at the importance of choice in the gameplay.
The fourth episode of Life is Strange 2 will appear on August 22, and the fifth will be released on December 3. Platforms remained unchanged: PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
Dontnod has previously stated that it will not release release dates for episodes until it is sure of their quality.
