On Twitter, a Canonical employee working on promotions Ubuntu in WSL and Hyper-V, published a video with Microsoft Word and Excel running in Ubuntu 20.04 without using Wine and WSL, reports OpenNET. Launching MS Word is described as "The program runs quite quickly on a system with an Intel Core i5 6300U processor with integrated graphics. The de-googled /e/OS operating system ensures that the smartphone does not rely on Google services to operate, writes It's FOSS. Therefore, /e/OS should be a great choice for the Fairphone 3 for privacy conscious users.
