Then I remembered the old “Multifon” service, but found that only “multiphone-business» with a horse rate of 1,6 rubles. in a minute. The multiphone for ordinary people, as it were, no longer exists.
My inner optimist ordered me to think further. And for good reason. As a result, I received a full-fledged sip account (I can call from a computer) at an adequate rate, SMS are running, the second slot is occupied by a memory card without a file, and the sim itself is in the modem with HiLink.

Install the app on your phone MegaFon eMotion (Android) and activate it.
This application will connect you services "eMotion Calls” and “eMotion Messages”. Do not forget to give the necessary permissions to the application and enable autorun.

SIP is highly dependent on the quality of the internet. Through 4g from MTS there is no voice communication. On Tele2 it is noticeably more stable. Through 4g off Beeline and wired internet problems are not noticed.
Not all SMS are sent to eMotion. Apparently this is a protective mechanism, since they do not come from specific numbers. SMS with a code from Alfa-Bank does not come, and all sorts of "Lenta" and "Metro" - without delay. In this case, everyone reaches the device where the sim is installed. so I will have to change my number at Alfa Bank.
Unfortunately, other operators do not have such a service. At least in Novosibirsk.
