Beeline, with the support of the Department of Information Technologies of the city of Moscow, presented, allegedly, the first full-fledged social tariff for mobile communications in Russia.
The so-called "Social package" is aimed at Muscovite cardholders: pensioners and citizens of pre-retirement age, students, parents with many children and people with disabilities.

The subscription fee for the new social tariff is only 150 rubles per month. This amount includes 200 minutes of calls to the numbers of all operators in the connection area and Beeline Russia numbers, as well as unlimited calls to Beeline Russia numbers after the package of minutes is exhausted.
In addition, the tariff plan includes 1000 SMS text messages per month to the numbers of all operators in the connection area and Beeline Russia numbers.
Finally, the Social Package includes 3 GB of Internet traffic and unlimited use of WhatsApp, Viber, Skype, ICQ, Snapchat, Hangouts, etc. instant messengers.

Specialized options are also available. For example, the "Digital Assistant" service offers 60 minutes of free online sign language interpretation per month (for users with hearing impairments). The plan will include unlimited traffic The official portal of the Moscow Mayor and Government. Online doctor consultations (available by the end of May 2019) will allow you to receive remote consultations with a general practitioner or specialized specialists.
In Moscow and the Moscow region, you can connect to the new tariff only at Beeline's own offices upon presentation of an old or new Muscovite card, a Moscow Region resident card and a passport. The launch in other regions of Russia is scheduled for the end of May 2019.
