ASUS continues to expand its range of products under The Ultimate Force (TUF) brand. Now monitors will also be available in this series, the first of which will be the TUF Gaming VG32VQ. The novelty is interesting, first of all, by the support of the new ELMB-Sync technology.
ELMB-Sync (Extreme Low Motion Blur Sync) essentially combines motion blur reduction technology (Extreme Low Motion Blur, ELMB) and adaptive synchronization (Adaptive-sync). They cannot be used together in conventional monitors, as ELMB technology uses a high-speed flickering backlight, and synchronizing it with a variable refresh rate is an extremely difficult task. But ASUS managed to combine the incompatible and create the exclusive ELMB-Sync technology.
The TUF Gaming VG32VQ monitor itself is built on a 32-inch VA panel with Quad HD resolution (2560 Γ 1440 pixels). The refresh rate of the novelty is 144 Hz, which makes it a rather interesting solution for gaming systems. Support for high dynamic range (HDR) image output is also reported.
Unfortunately, other characteristics, as well as the start date of sales and the cost of the ASUS TUF Gaming VG32VQ monitor, have not yet been specified.
