I had absolutely no idea which way to go...

And so, in October 2019, I got into the pre-accelerator, where I managed to experience the high efficiency of moving forward while working with the tracker. In just 8 weeks of communicating with the tracker once a week via Skype for an hour + completing tasks… and the team turned into a perfectly tuned mechanism with clear positioning in place, understanding of the route, a list of necessary artifacts and how to get them. The idea completely transformed my understanding of the possibilities of the learning process and I decided to master this amazing profession and, as if by magic, I ended up enrolled in #trackacademy.
Having extensive experience in building prototypes of digital voice assistants, which were highly appreciated at various international and Russian competitions, it never occurred to me to use this technology in education, since at first glance the market capacity in education is much lower than in other industries. After all, a digital seller consultant can be used wherever dialogue is needed. More about this in the video presentation:


The transmitted tracking technologies fit very well with fresh memories of passing the pre-accelerator, and the teaching methodology and how the learning process is technologically arranged, involuntarily, as I became a tracker, were linked in my head with the capabilities of conversational artificial intelligence, and the subconscious mind began to build a new innovative mechanism of the learning platform future.

The essence of the idea is very simple, to combine the advantages of conversational artificial intelligence and people and eliminate the disadvantages of both by gathering them into a single team. As a single platform, the CRM system with an extensive API fits very smoothly, which allows you to attract certain members of the hybrid team at various stages.

And so I reached the final of the training in parallel with the finished prototype, though so far assembled in my head. In fact, the tracker academy sales funnel looks like this: 720 applications entered the course, 176 people were enrolled, 109 of them moved to the second week, 83 moved to the third, 62 moved to the fifth week and 34 made it to the last week. The learning process up to the fifth week does not require human intervention, thereby saving academy resources.

By the way, by distributing the functionality between people and the information platform, we got an interesting result. All management and control functions were on the side of the machines.

As a result of one of the tasks completed by the tracker academy, an idea was born, which I conveyed to the academy, received support, including financial support, and now we are jointly developing an experimental project on hybrid automated learning for the next set of future trackers. It should be noted separately the lability and speed of decision-making on the part of the Academy in the implementation of this project.

At this stage, everything is at the stage of unconfirmed hypotheses.

As the joint project with the Academy of Trackers for the introduction of conversational artificial intelligence into the learning process progresses, the practical results obtained will be published.
