How to become a cyberlawyer

The most high-profile bills of recent years are related to the regulation of the Internet space: the Yarovaya package, the so-called sovereign Runet bill. Now the digital environment is the subject of close attention of legislators and law enforcement officers. Russian legislation regulating activities on the Internet is only being created and tested in practice. They began to actively control the Runet since 2012, when Roskomnadzor received the first authority to supervise web resources.

There are norms and requirements that must be met by the activities of companies and ordinary citizens on the Internet.

Lawyers' clients have questions in many areas related to the Internet: what is considered intellectual property, how to handle personal data, what you need to know about the rules for distributing content on the network, how best to advertise on the Internet.
