It is noted that the device uses ZINK technology. Its essence boils down to the use of paper containing several layers of a special crystalline substance. When heated, this substance passes into an amorphous state. As a result, an image is formed on paper.
The pocket printer can produce 3-inch images. Alas, nothing is reported about the supported resolution.
The device is made in a white case. The printer can easily fit in a trouser or shirt pocket.
The new Xiaomi Mi Pocket Photo Printer model will be available for an estimated price of $50. At the stage of the crowdfunding company, the gadget will cost $42.
