MSI has announced the Modern 14 laptop for content creators and users whose activities are somehow related to creativity.
The new product is housed in a stylish aluminum case. The display measures 14 inches diagonally and has a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels - Full HD format. It provides “almost 100 percent” coverage of the sRGB color space.
The basis is the Intel Comet Lake hardware platform with a tenth generation Core processor. The maximum configuration involves the use of a Core i7 series chip.
The amount of DDR4 RAM can reach 32 GB. Data storage is provided by a fast M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD with a capacity of up to 512 GB.
The video subsystem includes a discrete graphics accelerator NVIDIA GeForce MX250 with 2 GB of GDDR5 memory. The equipment includes a fingerprint scanner, two USB Type-C ports, two USB 3.2 ports, an HDMI interface, etc.
Dimensions are 322,6 × 221 × 15,2 mm. The declared battery life on one battery charge reaches 10 hours.
The MSI Modern 14 starts at $750. Deliveries will be organized in September.
