Nintendo has patented a special "smart" stylus attachment for Joy-Con joysticks from the Switch hybrid console. The patent was published on the agency's website on January 16.

Judging by the diagram, a specific attachment with a belt is attached to the side of the Joy Con and allows it to interact with the Nintendo Switch screen in different ways. Exactly how it will be applied is yet to be determined.

The patent states that with the help of buttons it will be possible to use various functions of the stylus. For example, the user will be able to draw and use the buttons to switch the thickness of the brush. In addition, the setting will allow you to make the device vibrate when you touch the desired item with the stylus.
