PC-exclusive Rune II will be released on November 12

Human Head Studios has announced the release date for action RPG Rune II. The project's release is scheduled for November 12, 2019.

PC-exclusive Rune II will be released on November 12

As the developers announced in May, the game will be an Epic Games Store exclusive. True, they did not specify whether we are talking about permanent exclusivity or temporary, which is what most studios resort to.

In the game, the user will take on the role of a Viking who goes on a military campaign. In the new trailer, the developers indicated that the player will have to swear allegiance to one of the three Scandinavian gods: Heli, Thor or Odin. Judging by the video, this will predetermine the character's abilities. Hel will give the Viking the ability to summon ice stakes from underground, and Thor will lend him his hammer. What ability Odin will give is not specified.

Judging by the game's page on Steam, the project will still be released in the Valve store. The release date is 2020. Whether this will happen in six months or a year has not yet been announced.
