The developers of the "medieval GTA" Rustler are preparing to go on Kickstarter and ask for donations "minted coin"

Jutsu Games is preparing to launch on Kickstarter the campaign to raise funds for the "medieval GTA" Rustler. This unofficial name was invented by the developers themselves because of the similarity of their future project with the first part of the Grand Theft Auto series. In anticipation of the start of the crowdfunding campaign, the authors released a funny teaser.

The developers of the "medieval GTA" Rustler are preparing to go on Kickstarter and ask for donations "minted coin"

The published video shows a bard walking through the streets of a medieval city and performing a reworked version of the song "Pay the Witcher with Coin" from the Netflix series The Witcher. And when the interpreted chorus ended, a passer-by ran up to the musician and knocked him out with one blow.

It is not yet known how much Jutsu Games will ask the community for. Judging by the published materials, Rustler will become a sandbox with many different activities. Users have to manage the Guy and look for entertainment in the medieval world. For example, ride carts through the streets, rob caravans of merchants, participate in jousting tournaments, and the like. The developers demonstrated the main activities in the previous trailer Rustler. And the project is filled with satire and references to modern pop culture.

Release date not announced. On steam it is written that Rustler will be released "when the time is right".
