Sberbank and AFK Sistema plan to invest in software for unmanned vehicles

Earlier, Sberbank and AFK Sistema invested in the developer of machine vision systems VisionLabs through Sistema_VC.

In 2016, Cognitive Pilot (Cognitive Pilot LLC), a manufacturer of unmanned vehicles, became part of Cognitive Technologies. In August 2019 стало извСстноthat Cognitive Pilot, together with Hyundai Mobis (part of the Hyundai Motor Group), plans to develop a software module for autonomous driving, as well as software for recognizing pedestrians, cars, cyclists and motorcyclists.

Cognitive Technologies plans to enter the international autonomous transport market, where, according to the investment director of the Russian Venture Company Alexei Basov, new "unicorns" will soon appear.
