The display weighs only 100 grams. Its thickness is 0,5 mm. The screen can be rolled into a tube with a diameter of 4 cm. This allows you to create television receivers in the form of oblong boxes in which the screen can be hidden in cases where it is not needed. Actually, with such screens, TVs and displays can be built into pieces of furniture, which will certainly give scope for creativity to both manufacturers and amateurs.

The OLED screen is produced at the Sharp factory on a plastic substrate using IGZO materials and vacuum gas deposition technology. Today, this technology is considered obsolete. The most advanced method for producing OLED is to use inkjet printing. Inkjet printing for pilot production of large-format OLEDs is already being used like others Japanese companies, and Koreans, and Chinese. However, this does not detract from the achievement of Sharp, which made not a rigid, but a flexible OLED screen of impressive size. Especially if its owner, Foxconn, invests in this business.
