The Blender community has given us a new short animated film! Filmed in the fantasy genre, it tells the story of a shepherdess and her dog who encounter ancient spirits in an attempt to prolong the cycle of life. This poetic and visually stunning short film was written and directed by Andy Goralczyk, inspired by his childhood in the mountains of Germany.
The Spring team used Blender 2.80 for all production, even when it was in alpha. As for all open Blender movies, the entire production process and all of its source files are transferred to the Blender Cloud production platform and are free for everyone.
The film was produced by Blender Animation Studio.
