According to the authors, they have long wanted to cross the tactical RPG-component of Original Sin with the deep storytelling and extensive system of story choices from Dragon Commander. β€œLast year, we handed over the Divinity: Original Sin II engine to the developers at Logic Artists to see where it leads,” Larian said in a statement. β€œTheir goal was to develop a game where your decisions would affect which missions you can complete, and their completion would in turn affect subsequent narrative options.”

The result, as stated in the statement, has exceeded all expectations, so towards the end of the year we will get a new Divinity. Development is underway for several platforms, however, their list has not yet been announced.

The player will become the captain of the ship "Lady Vengeance" and, together with his team, will go to fight a new evil that threatens Rivellon. Your squad will have to go through more than 60 hand-crafted missions, explore new lands and master unique weapons and skills. Also in the process it will be possible to hire heroes and train them. In total, Divinity: Fallen Heroes features six races: humans, elves, dwarves, lizardfolk, demons, and the undead. It will be possible to play both alone and in cooperative mode, designed for two people.
