Vertebreaker will offer dynamic gameplay and 90D graphics. Methyl's proprietary engine code has roots that stretch back to the XNUMXs, which helps Headcannon create a project in the spirit of a thirty-year-old classic.

The main gameplay of the game is based on the method of movement - the grip mechanics. The protagonist, a skeleton, is not fast, he does not have any muscles. But with the help of a grip on the spine, you can quickly move through the levels and defeat opponents.

Each Vertebreaker level will be fairly large and have multiple routes. For some you will be able to pass immediately, and some will be available only after obtaining certain skills. β€œJust when you think you’ve mastered the game, you’ll discover that there are a lot of ways [to play], and that they are rougher, tougher, and have their own rewards!” β€” wrote the developer.
