Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment have unveiled the third season called "Melting Ice".
Along with the third season, Apex Legends will be replenished with a new legend - Crypto. This character is calm and collected. He sends reconnaissance drones to covertly monitor the enemy and does not draw too much attention to himself in battle. The developers are also preparing a huge amount of additional content, including a new energy rifle and a battle pass that includes legendary skins and Apex sets.
But the most important thing is that a new map will appear in the game - "World's End". As stated in the statement, the arena will add even more dynamics to the battles. This will be facilitated by high skyscrapers, “frozen” by a chemical explosion; a train rushing through hostile lands towards deadly and full of red-hot lava faults; as well as geysers with scorching air currents that can lift the player into the sky.
The third season of Apex Legends will begin on October 1st. The game is available on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
