Achievements in Google Stadia

On the Google Stadia streaming service appeared achievement system. And although it is not too advanced yet, it already allows you to track game progress.

An achievement is marked with a pop-up notification. At the same time, these messages cannot be turned off yet, and therefore they will appear on videos and screenshots.

It is also noted that so far only 22 games support innovation. Obviously, as the library of titles grows, so will the number of achievements, as well as the coverage of support. It is important to note that the achievement system is retroactive, that is, all "achievements" that were earned before the introduction of the system to the masses will be automatically counted.

For the first time, gaming achievements in Google Stadia were talked about back in July. And although the current system is still clearly in the early access category, it is gratifying that the developers are implementing this into their project.

Recall that earlier in the library of games appeared outdated version Borderlands 3. The new build was released on December 19 on all platforms except Stadia, so the version of the shooter for the cloud platform does not yet have the mission “Massacre at the Maliwan secret base”, the fourth level of Chaos mode, a larger bank and other innovations.
