Added utility to sysvinit to convert systemd unit files

Part of the initialization system sysvinit is included utility utility sysd2v, which allows you to convert unit files of systemd services to the format of classic SysV init scripts with LSB headers. The utility will be shipped starting with the release of sysvinit 2.97 in the "contrib" directory.
