Release of the composite manager KWin-lowlatency 5.15.5

Submitted by project release KWin-lowlatency 5.15.5, within which a version of the composite manager for KDE Plasma 5.15 has been prepared, supplemented with patches to increase the responsiveness of the interface and correct some problems associated with the speed of response to user actions, such as input stuttering. Project developments extend licensed under GPLv2.
For Arch Linux, a ready-made PKGBUILD is provided in the AUR. An option for building KWin with lowlatency patches is being prepared for inclusion in the Gentoo ebuild.

The new release is notable for providing support for systems with NVIDIA graphics cards. VBlank's DRM code has been replaced to use glXWaitVideoSync to provide protection against tearing without negatively impacting responsiveness. The anti-breaking protection initially present in KWin is implemented using a timer and can lead to large delays (up to 50ms) in output and, as a consequence, a delay in the response when inputting.

Added additional settings (System Settings > Display and Monitor > Compositor), allowing you to choose the optimal balance between responsiveness and functionality. By default, support for linear animation is disabled (can be returned in the settings). Added a mode for disabling full-screen output redirections through a transit buffer (β€œunredirected fullscreen"), allowing you to improve the performance of full-screen applications.
