Release of antiX 19 lightweight distribution

Prepared release of a lightweight Live distribution AntiX19, built on the Debian package base and targeted for installation on legacy hardware. The release is based on the Debian 10 (Buster) package base, but comes without the systemd system manager and with eudev instead of udev. The default user environment is formed using the IceWM window manager, but fluxbox, jwm, and herbstluftwm are also available to choose from. File management options include Midnight Commander, spacefm, and rox-filer.

The distribution kit works on systems with 256 MB of RAM. Size iso images: 1.1 GB (full), 706 MB (base), 353 MB (reduced) and 202 MB (network install). The new release transitions to Debian 10 (previously used Debian 9), uses the Linux 4.19 kernel, and updated software versions.
