A new, 15th version of the PCem emulator has been released

A month after the release of the previous version, the 15th version of the PCem emulator was released.

Changes since version 14:

• Added emulation of new hardware configurations:

  • Zenith Data SupersPORT (i80386, 1989),
  • Bull Micral 45 (i80286, 1988),
  • Tulip AT Compact (i80286; by the way, you can still find programs created by Tulip Computers for your iron - for example, here here),
  • Amstrad PPC512/640 (1988)
  • Packard Bell PB410A (486SX33),
  • motherboards for Socket-7:
    • ASUS P/I-P55TVP4 (Intel 430VX chipset),
    • ASUS P/I-P55T2P4 (Intel 82430HX chipset),
    • Epox P55-VA,
    • FIC VA-503+.
• Added support for new graphics cards
  • Image Manager 1024,
  • Sigma Designs Color 400,
  • Trigem Korean VGA.
• Added emulation of AMD K6 family processors and processor IDT Winchip 2.
• New "CPU recompiler" including several optimizations. The new program architecture will provide better portability of the code and more room for optimization in the future.
• Experimental support for "hosts" on ARM and ARM64 architectures.
• Cassette emulation in read-only mode for IBM PC and IBM PC jr.
• Numerous bug fixes.
