In the official telegram channel of the Russian Fedora community, it was announced that localized builds of the distribution kit, previously released under the name Russian Fedora (RFR), would be discontinued.

Dear users of RFRemix and Russian Fedora repositories!
We would like to inform you that the development of the RFRemix distribution, as well as support for the Russian Fedora repositories, has been officially discontinued. RFRemix 31 will not be released.
The project completed its task 100%: all its developments were accepted into the official Fedora repositories, as well as RPM Fusion. Russian Fedora maintainers are now Fedora and RPM Fusion maintainers.
Support for users and packages will continue as part of the Fedora parent project.
