The Geekbench benchmark database, according to MySmartPrice, has information about two mysterious smartphones that the Chinese company Vivo may be preparing for release.

The devices are coded PD1602 and PD1728. It is noted that previously information about these devices was not disclosed.

The basis of both smartphones is the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor (eight Kryo 585 cores with a frequency of up to 2,84 GHz and an Adreno 650 graphics accelerator). The operating system is Android 10 as the software platform.

Model PD1602 carries on board 8 GB of RAM. This device scored 926 points in the single-core test and 3321 points in the multi-core test.

Apparatus PD1728, in turn, has 12 GB of RAM. The result of single-core and multi-core tests is 923 points and 3395 points, respectively.

It is alleged that both devices will be able to work in fifth generation mobile networks (5G). Alas, other information about the devices is not disclosed.

It is not yet clear whether the PD1602 and PD1728 smartphones will hit the commercial market. It is possible that Geekbench tested some engineering samples that Vivo uses for internal purposes.
