Summer Game Fest 2020 will include news from the following publishers: 2K Games, Activision Blizzard, Bandai Namco Entertainment, Bethesda Softworks, Blizzard Entertainment, Bungie, CD Projekt RED, Digital Extremes, Electronic Arts, Microsoft, Private Division, Riot Games, Sony Interactive Entertainment , Valve, Square Enix and Warner Bros. interactive entertainment.

Information about a specific event will be provided by each publisher separately. Additional participating companies will be announced in the coming weeks.

β€œIn these challenging times, it’s more important than ever that video games serve as a common virtual connecting point for all of us,” said Summer Game Fest 2020 curator Geoff Keighley. "Summer Game Fest is an organizing element that promises fans a full season of video game news and other surprises from the comfort of their homes."

Steam, Xbox and other platforms will offer users access to playable, time-limited demos and trials of select game content during Summer Game Fest 2020. The previously announced Steam Game Festival: Summer Edition will run from June 9 to 14.

The Summer Game Fest 2020 stream will be distributed across all major streaming platforms including Facebook, Mixer, Twitch, Twitter, and YouTube. Geoff Keighley will host special pre-shows and post-shows of major publisher events, and will partner with iam8bit to showcase upcoming games.
