According to the Chinese official, many countries are considering such a possibility, since since the Apollo 17 mission, which was carried out in 1972, no human foot has set foot on the lunar surface. He also said that in recent years, many states have taken up lunar exploration with particular enthusiasm, as a result of which many interesting programs and projects have been created that can be implemented in the future. China is also considering a number of initiatives aimed at lunar exploration, but many of them are likely to fail in the near future.

Recall, earlier it was reported that the Russian manned expedition could go to the moon in 2031, after which such flights will become regular. In addition, in 2032, a lunar vehicle should be delivered to the surface of the Earth's satellite, which will be able to transport astronauts.

In the spring of this year, it was announced disposition US President Donald Trump, who spoke about the need to send US astronauts to the moon within the next five years. At the same time, it was announced that "the next man and first woman on the moon will be US citizens." According to the draft budget of the American space department, the landing of an astronaut on the moon should be carried out before 2028.
