The Chinese have invented a passive salt water cooler - it allows the CPU to work a third faster

Scientists at the City University of Hong Kong and the School of Energy at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan have proposed a passive cooling system for computer components based on salt water - this system helps the processor run 32,65% faster due to the absence of throttling. The refrigerant in it is self-regenerating - moisture is absorbed directly from the air. Image source: sciencedirect.com
