The Windows 10 November update was quite minor and only brought some bug fixes and performance improvements. However, it also introduced several bugs into Explorer and generally worsened its performance.
This is about with context menu. When you try to right-click on the search bar, you cannot paste data from the clipboard into it. Microsoft added a fix soon after the update was released, but only in builds for Insiders, specifically in 20H1 Build 19536.

At one time, Brandon LeBlanc said that the Explorer problem was not a priority, and also noted that it would be dealt with only after the end of the holidays.
