In 2014, OpenBSD project leader Theo de Raadt from supporting translations of all documentation and website. The reason for this decision was the constant lag between translations and changes in the original documentation. Alexander Naumov, one of the authors of previous translations of OpenBSD documentation, restore the project to support current OpenBSD documentation in Russian.
At the moment, most of the OpenBSD FAQ and official website pages have been translated. Translation pages are located in . To check the relevance of translated pages, regular launch of scripts in Travis-CI is configured. The Russian translation is hosted on GitHub - . Those interested in the development of the project and ready to help are invited to join the work on the translation.
