Valve decided to make a small surprise - they made the games of the Half-Life series free to download and play on Steam. The promotion will last until the release day of Half-Life: Alyx in March, in connection with which the promotion was launched.
The following games are included in the promotion:
- Half-Life
- Half-Life: Opposing Force
- Half-Life: Blue Shift
- Half-Life: Source
- Half-Life 2
- Half-Life 2: Episode One
- Half-Life 2: Episode Two
All of the above games have native Linux support.
To download and play, you need install Steam client.
