The organizers of the annual Game Developers Choice Awards have announced the nominees for the upcoming ceremony. Leading by number of mentions among finalists .
The experimental action game from the revived Kojima Productions is up for seven out of ten awards, including Best Design, Best Visual Style and Game of the Year.
The second place in the number of nominations was shared among themselves from Remedy Entertainment and Outer Wilds from Mobius Digital. Both games are up for five awards, including the main one.
In addition to the listed projects, uncompromising action will also compete for the title of best in 2019 from From Software and indie sensation Untitled Goose Game from developer House House.
Nominees for the Game Developers Choice Awards were considered for all games that became available during the past calendar year, regardless of platform or distribution method.
