The Game Bakers studio has released a free update for its stylish action game Furi. You can download it on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
The update is called the Freedom Update. One of the main innovations was the Invincible mode, which allows you to become invulnerable, skip battles, skip certain stages of battles, or weaken bosses. This is made not only for players who want to comfortably progress through the story and enjoy the soundtrack and visual style, but also for the hardcore audience - with these settings, fans of speedruns can quickly get to the desired bosses and hone their skills.
Speedrunners will also be pleased that they can now play the game at speed on the Furier difficulty level. In it, the bosses' attacks are somewhat different, so it definitely won't be easier, even if you already have experience. So far, the world record for completing this difficulty level is 45 minutes.
Boss Bernard, who was a surprise in the One More Fight expansion and included in the Switch version, is now available for free on Xbox One. Finally, a fourth control scheme appeared in the settings, created based on the wishes and suggestions of the audience. With it, it will become more convenient to dodge and parry attacks while shooting and using a sword.
