While brothers Tim Soret and Adrien Soret are still working on their cyberpunk 2,5D platformer The Last Night, face new challenges, a spiritual successor to this game is already being prepared in China. At the ChinaJoy 2019 event, the Beijing company ThinkingStars presented a new trailer for its action role-playing game ANNO: Mutationem for the PlayStation 4 (the project debuted a year ago, at ChinaJoy 2018).

This game is also made in the spirit of a mixture of pixel and 3D graphics, and is also created based on classic cyberpunk works like Blade Runner. The project, designed for a hardcore console audience, takes place in the metropolis of the future. By the way, development for PlayStation 4 is not accidental - Sony Interactive Entertainment Shanghai and ThinkingStars studio announced back in March that ANNO: Mutationem has joined the second wave of the PlayStation China Hero Project developer assistance program.
