Three dozen banks operate in the Central Bank’s fast payment system, and 10 of them are the largest. As of December 25, 2019, more than 6,3 million transfer transactions were made, with the average receipt amounting to 8,8 thousand rubles.

Note that it is not only the Central Bank that plans to charge commissions. Other banks are also counting on this, so the main financial institution of Russia is going to monitor the situation and limit the upper limit on commission.
