IWD Wi-Fi daemon 1.0 release

Available wifi daemon release IWD1.0 (iNet Wireless Daemon), developed by Intel as an alternative to wpa_supplicant for connecting Linux systems to a wireless network. IWD can act as a backend for network configurators such as Network Manager and ConnMan. A key goal in developing the new Wifi daemon is to optimize resource consumption such as memory consumption and disk size. IWD does not use external libraries and only accesses the features provided by the regular Linux kernel (the Linux kernel and Glibc are enough to work). The project code is written in C language and supplied licensed under LGPLv2.1.

Major version number change due to stabilization of the interface for control via D-Bus. Of the other changes, only the addition is noted documentation for the iwctl utility and new example configuration file.
