The Chinese company Xiaomi has introduced a new wireless mouse, Mi Portable Wireless Mouse, which is already available for pre-order at an estimated price of only $7.
The manipulator has a symmetrical shape, making it suitable for both right-handers and left-handers. Buyers can choose between two color options - black and white.
Data exchange with the computer is carried out through a small transceiver with a USB interface operating in the 2,4 GHz frequency range. Power is provided by one AA cell, the charge of which is said to last for 12 months of normal use.
The mouse is equipped with a sensor with a resolution of 1200 DPI (dots per inch). Dimensions are 102 × 58 × 34 mm, weight is approximately 56 g. The manipulator is intended for everyday use, in particular, for working with office applications.
It should be noted that Xiaomi has previously released a mouse called Mi Portable Wireless Mouse. The original device supports data transmission in the 2,4 GHz band, as well as Bluetooth wireless communication.
